Cisco Premier Certified
NetPrivateer has now achieved Cisco Premier Certified Partner status through various technical certifications. This allows NetPrivateer to further establish its leadership in the regional networking services market.
New Customer Service Portal
To facilitate direct customer access to their projects and support calls at NetPrivateer, a new customer web interface has been introduced. Customers can now log in and open new tickets online or check on the status of existing tickets.
New Vendor Partners
As an ongoing expansion of offerings within the networking market, NetPrivateer has now partnered with Vantage Communications, SevOne, Dorado and InfoBlox enabling new offerings in VoIP / IP telephony, network management and network monitoring.
Government Contracting
NetPrivateer branches out further into government contracting by achieving its Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the federal level and Pennsylvania GSA contractor status at the state level. This enhances NetPrivateer's customer portfolio which includes non-profit, education, healthcare, banking and other markets.
Data Center Networking
With new service offerings involving load balancing, content switching, caching & compression and converged data center switching, NetPrivateer has expanded into data center networking involving the new Nexus, ACE and WAAS technologies from Cisco.
